Good-day Moonstone Hunters!
What an AMAZING day we had yesterday - we absolutely smashed our way through all our remaining goals! I've got to be honest we were a little surprised to have achieved so much in such a short space of time but that didn't stop us raising a flagon or three of ale in celebration last night! ;)
We just wanted to say once again - a HUGE THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has got behind this project - I know we are going to make an amazing game, but its incredibly heartening to now know that we also have the beginnings a terrific player community forming with you guys at the centre. :)
Today we are thinking of things we could offer as possible new stretch goals. We are keen not to go overboard and commit to anything that would delay delivery (such as additional miniatures) but instead are looking at where we can insert quality upgrades - one thing I can guarantee though, is that the more money we can raise, the more beautiful artwork we can commission for our cards and rulebooks so lets keep that figure rising! If you are a member of any forums, Facebook groups or clubs please, please continue to spread the word!

'Evening all,
So it looks like we've had a double unlock today!
You can now add your very own rock friend, cast in resin for only 16 groats! Just make sure you don't stand downwind...
And as a thank you from us, all backers who pledge £18 or more will now also receive an art card, hand signed by our fabulous concept artist Shane Cook. :)

New Pledge Options Added!

Hey Moonstone Hunters,
We’ve been giving some thought to how we can give extra options for backers and have taken a number of actions:
We really want to offer an “I want it all!” pledge level – we’ve even come up with a seriously cool free item to include and have been waiting for the Rulebook and Boulder the Troll to unlock so that these can be included in a truly complete pledge. To help us get there a bit sooner we have restructured the final 3 stretch goals:
Boulder the Troll will now join the Free Art Cards in unlocking at 32k, The Deluxe Rulebook will move down to 33k while the Deluxe Rulebook Upgrade moves up to 36K.
This should mean that we can add the “I want it all!” pledge as soon as we raise just 2k more than our current total, instead of needing to raise a further 5k before offering that option.
2 – Create a Character Pledge Added!
Limited to 1, this pledge allows you to work with us to create a brand new character for the world of Moonstone which will be a permanent part of the game, written into the game’s lore and available in retail stores - it can even be you if you like with your face immortalised in the sculpt! Work alongside our concept artist Shane to perfect your vision and our lead designer Tom to hone the character’s rules.
You will receive the Resin Master of your character plus the first 5 metal copies of your miniature that we pull from the moulds, stat cards and bases. You will also receive a copy of the Complete Wave 1 Pledge and ALL Stretch Goals and Add-ons in your choice of metal or resin.
3 – Retailer Pledge Level Added!
We want to see this game flourish and grow for many years to come and as such, establishing good terms with retailers as early as possible is important to us. This pledge level contains a healthy bundle of starter sets and troupe boxes to stock the shelves at a fantastic trade price along with additional promotional materials for the store. Backers will also be listed as a stockist on the moonstonethegame.com website. The retailer pledge is only available to genuine retail outlets and verification will be required.
